Here you are welcomed right into the sea and tranquility in this charming accommodation where the plot runs right on the shoreline of picturesque Beddingestrand, an old fishing village once dating back to the 18th century. From the plot you have a couple of steps down to the sea. Set your dinner in front of the coastline, enjoy how the sun reflects in the sea or just let yourself lie down and enjoy the waves of the sea. This is an accommodation for those who do not want to compromise on the location where you also have an incredibly large garden for all the activities a holiday can contain. At the back of the house you have a more private and secluded garden where you are happy to retreat and just relax. Inside the door you step into the heart of the house with a large and practical kitchen where you have both a dining group and adjacent living room. There is a warm and cozy feeling throughout the house where everything is well thought out. You also have laundry facilities and bathrooms on the lower level, with all conceivable amenities. On the lower level you have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cm) and the other with a sofa bed (140cm). On the upper level you go up to a lovely living room with sea views and 2 bedrooms adjoining it, both rooms with two single beds (90cm). Perfect floor plan for those traveling with the children. At the back of the house, you have a raised garden to hang out, play and just be. As the icing on the cake, you have a spacious conservatory that prolongs the evenings and saves you if the rain should come out. The front as we mentioned earlier is of course suited to just enjoy as long as you want from your private garden. An accommodation that is very suitable for families with children, couples or generational travellers as it is a smaller village where the tranquility and companionship of each other are in focus and where you enjoy the beauty that there is to take part in here. There are partly personal elements of the house and private spaces to be respected. If you feel like you want something out of addition to all this on your holiday, you can walk a few minutes to a nearby beach called Pärlan where you also have a jetty and a very cozy restaurant. If you want an even greater range of shopping, culture and food, you have Malmö, Ystad and Trelleborg. Lakes and wonderful excursion places you have plenty of throughout Skåne and down towards Österlen. Given that it is an old fishing village and the location towards the Baltic Sea, it would also be suitable for you as a fisherman. A short walk away you also have mini golf and a very popular ice cream kiosk. If you want to take a visit to Sweden's southernmost cape, you have Smygehuk a few kilometers away where you also have a nice restaurant and smokehouse. There are plenty of activities for the children in Skåne such as Ystad Zoo, Skåne Zoo, Tosselilla Summerland and Hallongården as well as much more.
