Large, enclosed rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ (shared with neighbouring property). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: The front garden is for sole use of the upper apartment.. Goatfell View is a lower ground floor apartment boasting stunning sea views towards the mountains. It is located in the Strathwhilian area of Brodick and boasts spacious and comfortable accommodation. It has an incredible view of Goatfell from the living room and twin bedroom, and the tranquil rear garden is the perfect place to enjoy the Arran sun. Located in Brodick and only a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, the beach, play park and golf club this self-catering property is the ideal base for a family holiday on Arran.

The garden is shared with neighbours. Entry should be by the first gate. The areas which you can use are the lawn areas around the house and the parking area at the rear as well as the rear patio. The gravel areas and the sheds at the rear belong to our neighbours and we ask you to respect that.

We highly recommend that you book your ferry as soon as possible as ferries get very busy. You can call Calmac on 0800 066 5000. For ferries that travel to Orkney are Northlink Ferries 08001114422 and Pentland Ferries 0800 688 8998.
