Beautiful ground floor apartment located in small gated beachside development La Goleta in San Pedro de Alcantara. Set in tropical garden with outdoor swimming pool this complex is in a fantastic location and has something for everyone. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach with some amazing restaurants to dine in and beautiful wide promenade where you can enjoy peaceful and relaxing walks towards Puerto Banus (approx 30 minutes).
Just around the corner is a sport centre with gym, padel and tennis courts. Big supermarket located within few minutes walk from the apartment.
This spacious two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor surrounded by communal gardens. Spacious living room has access to the large terrace with direct access to the garden and swimming pool area which is always very quiet and never crowded. Both bedrooms has en-suite bathrooms and a plenty of wardrobes. Fully air-conditioned (heat/cold), fast Wi-Fi. Private parking in the garage with lift.
The apartment is in an excellent location and is perfect for chilled out and relaxing holiday near the beach.
