What a Fantastic find this apartment was so comfortable and luxurious in a great location beside some great restaurants. Its about 10 minutes walk from the beach and its beautiful promenade and the same to San Pedro Town which has some lovely shops and more great restaurants. Elsa is just a fantastic host from start to finish she organised taxi transfer from and back to the airport, let us checkin early which was so much appreciated and recommended some lovely restaurants. We would go back in a heartbeat and would recommend this Penthouse too everyone. Thanks so much for everything Elsa

Location! Location! Location!

The location is perfect! Five minutes from the water where a beautiful boardwalk presents! Restaurants, local shopping and bus/taxi within a few minutes walk. The apartment is gorgeous! Terrace and rooftop patio amazing! You can see the sea from the terraces! Hosts amazing! Hope we can stay here again!

Great week in the sunshine

We had a lovely relaxing week in early October. The sun shone, we did a bit of walking, swam in the pool, read books on the sun terrace and enjoyed a few meals in the immediate vicinity. The tapas restaurant on the corner of the block was particularly good for fish and as always if a place is frequented by locals you can be assured of a decent meal. Elsa’s penthouse was spotless and she was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble and she even arranged our airport transfers. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

Ladies getaway

Myself and 2 friends stayed at Elsa and Chris’s Penthouse apartment. As we had an early flight in , we were able to check in early, and were met by Elsa and Chris. They gave us a tour round, then left us to get settled in, also giving us recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is top notch, but a little further to the beach than we originally thought, but it was an east 15-30 min walk. All in all a great apartment

Nice place, good aparament. Sadly we didn’t get too much attention from the property manager. Due some special circumstances . No english speeking personell, some difficulties with checkin progress.

Iam sorry you did not appreciate all my efforts to host you. For clarification, there is no property manager. You stayed in my home and I happily supported and hosted your stay throughout even allowing you to checkin earlier. When you refer to special circumstances, and also knowing about this , it makes me feel sad you still mention this in your review because in my opinion it shows no respect or compassion. For those reading this, Every attention the Guest requested from me, I quickly and effectively resolved. I also sent recommendations of places to go and sent information about the local area and answered all his questions. I was available 24 hrs. When he describes “difficulty “ at checkin, this was simply because he did not want to park his car in the garage but he still drove his car into the garage. This caused some initial confusion but not an issue at all, but I don’t understand why he still wants to write this in his review. For this reason, If any future guest is reading this i suggest you read every other guests review for a more valuable informed, and objective review. If any host is reading this i do not recommend you host this guest in your home. Thank you

Beautiful penthouse in perfect location

A stunning penthouse apartment, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Ideally located just a short stroll to the beach and to the old town of San Pedro Alcantara. There are a number of lovely restaurants literally only a two minute walk from the apartment. Elsa and Chris could not have been more helpful. They met us at the apartment on arrival and provided several recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. Chris even popped round to help us with an issue we were having with the Smart TV. We had a lovely time and will definitely be returning to this wonderful apartment in a perfect location.

Hemos estado mi mujer, mis dos niños e yo 10 maravillosos días en el piso de Elsa & Chris en San Pedro de Alcántara. Toda la instancia ha sido muy buena. El piso inmejorable: la decoración, la calidad de las sabanas, las toallas, la limpieza... Con una comodidad como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa. Elsa y Chris han sido encantadores y detallistas, nos han sugerido sitios para visitar, actividades para realizar, playas para disfrutar y restaurantes..., todo muy cerca. Mejor imposible. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay in Marbella and loved staying at this property. The penthouse is beautifully decorated , building is new. Location is perfect balance between very busy city center and more relaxed San Pedro de Alcatraz . Very easy access to beach , amenities, etc. The restaurants around the corner are all excellent. Above all , Elsa is a wonderful hostess , so service oriented ! We’ll definitely plan on returning .

Just perfect!

Everything was perfect! Loved the apartment, very clean and beautiful decor! Would come back any time 👍. And location was awesome, great restaurants around the corner and the ocean boulevard very close by. We rented the bikes and got to Puerto Banus is 15 minutes 👍. Highly recommended place! Great place to stay

The unit was extremely clean and well equipped. The location is excellent. You can walk to get groceries, go to the beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. I even found an excellent hair stylist in walking distance. There is even a peek a boo view from the roof terrace. We would definitely recommend this unit.

I love walking to the beach and along the fantastic San Pedro Beach Promenade. I also have the option of cycling everywhere because of the many cycle tracks. The roof solarium terrace is Hugh and has the sun all day. Great place to chill out and have drinks with views to the sea. This is how we live in Andalusia. We love to live outside and enjoy friends and family.
