The sun shines through and brightens up the space and makes you feel good. The location is why I purchased this home. I love to experience walking to the shops and restaurants. I love walking to the beach and along the fantastic San Pedro Beach Promenade. I also have the option of cycling everywhere because of the many cycle tracks. The roof solarium terrace is Hugh and has the sun all day. Great place to chill out and have drinks with views to the sea. This is how we live in Andalusia. We love to live outside and enjoy friends and family.
