Stunning ground floor apartment located in a luxury complex Los Monteros Palm Beach guarded 24 hours with manicured gardens and 2 large swimming pools with plenty of sun loungers. Just a few steps away from the house you will find a direct access to the best beaches of Marbella and sand dunes (ecological reserve - Dunas de Marbella). Famous Trocadero Arena beach restaurant as well as kitesurf and windsurf facilities only 5 minutes stroll along the boardwalk. Marbella is only a 30 minutes walk away along the beach.



This beautiful and spacious house consists of 2 large bedrooms ensuite with king size beds, 3rd bedroom that your kids would love it! has bunk bed and extra single bed to accommodate up to 3 children. Spacious living room with comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and dining table for 6 persons. Covered terrace for al-fresco dining and small garden. From the garden you have direct access to the swimming pool and access to the beach.
