About this property

Stylishly decorated and fully renovated, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. The cozy balcony will allow you to have your favorite drink or even have your meals. Room with excellent brightness and overlooking the gardens of the condominium. Equipped and very functional kitchenette, Smart TV, and high speed WIFI are some of the facilities. Everyone loves it and that's why availability runs out quickly.

Guests will have exclusive access to the apartment and the common areas of the condominium where there are swimming pools (1 for adults and one for children) and sun loungers. Free parking next to the condo.

Situated just 15 minutes from the Vilamoura marina and with easy access to enter or leave the neighborhood. The development consists of two buildings with a Pizza and Pasta Rodízio restaurant and a supermarket. The area is very quiet as the condominium was built in the area of villas.

We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid:
• From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm: 45 euros

• Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros
• “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Services that are not included may have an additional cost of between 30 and 150 euros such as:
• For opening doors (forgotten or lost keys).
• Additional deliveries of towels or other products.
• Equipment repairs (due to negligence).
• All other services that are not mentioned in the information.

A security deposit of 300 euros is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned within 7 days by bank transfer after thorough cleaning and verification of the apartment.

Na comunicação da plataforma

Infelizmente a plataforma Vrbo não me enviou as mensagens do anfitrião e desloquei-me para o Algarve sem qualquer informação sobre o anfitrião e sobre o alojamento. Principalmente a morada do alojamento. Foi uma viagem horrível na incerteza e com a dúvida se tinha sido vítima de algum tipo de burla. Enviei mensagens pela Vossa plataforma ao anfitrião e cujas repostas nunca as recebi por mau funcionamento da Vossa plataforma. Vivemos uma situação de ansiedade extrema derivado do Vosso mau funcionamento. LAMENTÁVEL!!!!!!
