Ok, but no luxury
The apartment is new and cosy, the air-conditioning is a big advantage, as well as the private parking. Communication with the owner was great, always on time, answering any questions. No issues with that, great service. Now, some drawbacks of the apartment. (1) The biggest disadvantage is the location - it is right on the road that leads from the highway to the city, meaning a never-ending stream of cars 24/7. Basically everyone entering the city passes your way. So, noisy at night. (2) Unstable Internet, when available, very slow. 50 of the time not available at all. (3) The apartment is pretty far from the beach. We tried walking, but then ended up driving in the rented car to the beach every day. Luckily if you come early, you can always find a place to park somewhethe close to the beach. (4) The voice insulation in the apartment is poor, meaning you hear the neighbours, and the door to the bedroom or the bathroom doesn't stop any noises. However, in my experience it is true for most apartments in Spain. Fazit: ok, but no luxury. In my opinion, overpriced. We had a good time, but I can't imagine staying here with small kids, for example.
