Will not be returning

Poor communication by the host meant we were left on the street in the rain for almost two hours before the correct digital key was shared. Our contact would not pick up or text us back. Eventually VRBO found a contact that eventually texted us, but not until after our schedule was messed up. There should have been some symbolic credit of some kind offered. Once inside, we found the elevator unusable because of laundry piled on the floor of the elevator. This didn't change for the entire 3 night stay. The unit itself was newer and well designed and decorated, however it was poorly outfitted with the supplies and conveniences that one should expect. There was also some drywall damaged by water infiltration near a patio door. Overall a huge disappointment, especially with the execution and attitude of the host.
