Nice, but for transportation

The condo was ideal for our group, but we did not have a vehicle, and public transport (RER & Metro) was not within convenient walking distance, nor was access to a supermarket for daily food. We had to rely on Uber which was spotty - we could not count on getting a van for 6 people in a timely fashion.

Tu pars appartement trÚs mauvaise communication pour notre arrivée

AprĂšs avoir sĂ©lectionnĂ© l’appartement sur Abritel, un lien extĂ©rieur Ă  Abritel m’a Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ© pour payer.Ce que je n’ai pas compris car pour moi il faut payer sur Abritel car cela peut ĂȘtre une arnaque.J’ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© d’appeler Abritel pour leur expliquer la situation, car le propriĂ©taire ne rĂ©pondait Ă  aucun de mes messages.Abritel m’a dit que ce n’était pas un particulier, mais une entreprise qui gĂ©rait les appartements et qu’effectivement je pouvais payer hors ligne et pas sur Abritel ce que j’ai fait.J’ai envoyĂ© plusieurs messages pro auquel il n’a jamais rĂ©pondu.Nous sommes quand mĂȘme partis car nous n’avions de toute façon pas le choix car ce n’était pas une location Hanus Ables.Nous sommes donc partis Ă  l’aveugle en espĂ©rant que l’agence qui loue l’appartement nous rĂ©pondent.Inutile de vous dire que le stress Ă©tait lĂ  avant d’arriver Ă  Paris car nous n’étions pas sĂ»re de pouvoir rentrer dans ce logement.Finalement une heure avant un message de l’agence nous disant que il nous donnerait les informations quelques minutes avant l’entrĂ©e dans l’appartement.Nous avons quand mĂȘme essayĂ© d’appeler un numĂ©ro que nous avions le monsieur que nous avons eu au tĂ©lĂ©phone a Ă©tĂ© exĂ©crable et nous a dit de communiquer uniquement sur WhatsApp par Ă©crit.Une fois que nous sommes arrivĂ©s devant l’appartement, nous avons reçu les codes.Nous avons donc pu rentrer dans l’appartement qui Ă©tait super.TrĂšs propre trĂšs beau avec une belle terrasse, une belle piĂšce de vie, les chambre

Unangemessene und unhygienische Funde in der Unterkunft. Akuter SchÀdlingsbefall

Bei unserer Ankunft war der im Angebot enthaltene Zugang zur Tiefgarage nicht möglich. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, den Gastgeber ĂŒber WhatsApp zu erreichen, haben wir bis heute keinerlei RĂŒckmeldung erhalten.DarĂŒber hinaus haben wir im Schrank des Schlafzimmers ein eindeutig nicht kindgerechtes und Ă€ußerst unangemessenes Objekt gefunden (ein Sexspielzeug), was besonders in Anwesenheit unserer Kinder Ă€ußerst verstörend war.Der schwerwiegendste Punkt betrifft jedoch das die gesamte Wohnung – insbesondere das Schlafzimmer und das Bett unserer Kinder – von Ameisen befallen war. Unser Kind war beim Aufwachen vollstĂ€ndig mit Ameisen bedeckt, was nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch gesundheitlich bedenklich ist. Ein solcher Zustand ist inakzeptabel und entspricht in keiner Weise hygienischen Standards.

Je zit wel een stukje van het centrum rijden, maar het verblijf in de woning was tip top. Alles was schoon en netjes. Wifi werkte goed en airconditioning deed het ook perfect. Als ik weer eens naar Parijs ga, kom ik zeker weer hier terug.
