Nestled on a large, secluded plot, it offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and ball games, all in the refreshing breeze of the North Sea coast. At the heart of the house is a spacious kitchen-diner, framed by large panoramic windows facing south and west. Here, light floods in throughout the day, and you can step directly onto a partially covered terrace that wraps around three sides of the home. The surrounding lawn, bordered by protective trees, provides both privacy and a safe playground for children. The location also brings access to shared facilities nearby, adding variety to your stay. Within the holiday area, you’ll find a cosy café/grocery store, a playground, a fun bouncy castle, a petting zoo with friendly goats, and even an activity room with table tennis and air hockey (available for a small fee). Nature lovers will be especially drawn to the Jegum surroundings. The area is rich in bird and wildlife, best discovered along the 11 km of hiking and cycling trails that weave through forests and fields. Resting benches along the way invite you to pause, breathe in the fresh air, and simply enjoy the calm rhythm of nature. Please note: the home is not rented to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
