Nettes kleine Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieter

Hatten eine schöne Zeit an der Costa Rei! Das Appartement ist ein ganzes Stück vom Ort und Strand weg entfernt an einem Berghang aber recht ruhig gelegen, man braucht aus meiner Sicht definitiv ein Auto. Man teilt sich das Grundstück mit einer 2. Ferienwohnung, uns hat das nicht gestört aber muss man wissen. In diesem Sommer war es sehr heiß, da haben wir eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern schmerzlich vermisst (Klima nur im Wohnzimmer), aber besser zu warm als zu kalt. Es gibt eine Grillmöglicgkeit vorne, da könnte es aber die anderen Gäste stören, aber auch eine hinter dem Haus, die war super, sogar mit ausreichen Holz vor Ort. Wir hatten jedenfalls eine gute Zeit

Un’oasi di pace

La casa di Simone è comoda e accogliente, con una bellissima veranda dove cenare ed un bel giardino. Ha tutto quel che serve per un piacevole soggiorno e si trova a pochi minuti dalle stupende spiagge di Cala Sinzias. Ci torniamo da due anni.

Schöne Lage

Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, das Bad sehr klein. Sonst ist alles wie beschrieben, aber zu viel persönliche Dinge stehen rum. Vieles konnte man gut gebrauchen, aber vieles nicht. Die Wohnung ist leider in die Jahre gekommen, wahrscheinlich wurde lange nichts daran gemacht. Funktioniert hat alles gut, die Terasse ist groß mit herrlichem Blick über Berge und Meer. Die Zufahrtsstraße lässt zu wünschen übrig, dafür kann der Besitzer allerdings nichts :-) Alleine wegen der perfekten Lage würde ich die Wohnung im Herbst wieder buchen, im Sommer ist wahrscheinlich zu viel los und die Nachbarn zu nah dran.
