Guest Access:
EASY ACCESS : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.

To get the keys of the apartment:

- You will have to collect the keys of the apartment in a master lock that is in the mailbox Merveil.
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the second floor without an elevator.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the third district of Paris, which is one of the most lively and dynamic quarters of Paris. It is close to the National Center of Art and Culture, created and named after the famous French president, George Pompidou.

From the apartment, you will be 14 minutes from the Louvre Museum, and 16 minutes from Notre-Dame de Paris that is being rebuilt. The quarter overflows with plenty of lovely traditional French brasseries and bars. You will find everything you need nearby.

During day time, cross the street of your apartment and wander around the city’s oldest quarter: Le Marais. You can have a stop in one of the numerous bakeries and delight yourselves with a croissant.

Airports:
- Roissy Charles de Gaulle: train “RER B” (Châtelet les Halles - Aéroport CDG)
- Aéroport d’Orly: train “RER B” from Châtelet les Halles to Antony + train Orlyval from Antony to Orly Airport)

Line n°1 - Metro Station “Châtelet” - 3 minutes by walk (exit n°10 “Place Saint Opportune”)
Lines n° 1, 4, 7, 14 and train RER A, RER B, RER D - Station Châtelet-les-Halles - 5 minutes by walk

Other Things to Note:
Check-in / Arrival : from 4pm to 00am => From 2pm you can leave your luggages in the apartment. The cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment between 11am and 4pm. The apartment will be fully ready at 4pm. If you arrive early in Paris, we can indicate to you a paid locker service next to the apartment.

Check-out / Departure : until 11am

We do not serve breakfast.

Cleaning is done before each arrival and after each departure only.
As you know we are in a historic building with sensitive neighbors.
Please pay particular attention during your stay to the apartment rules:
- no smoking
- no parties
- no music
- no people other than those who have registered their identity cards
- no noise in common areas of the building
- no animals
- no professional photo or video session

If only one of these rules is not respected:
- a penalty equal to the total amount of the deposit will be invoiced.
- the reservation will be stopped during the stay and you will no longer be allowed to stay in the apartment.

In order to guarantee compliance with these rules:
- you will be asked for photos of the identity documents of the people staying on site
- A separate deposit of 1500 Euros on Swikly will be made and sent to you and needs to be validated at least 48hours prior to your arrival.

Finally, if the apartment keys are lost, € 170 will be charged.

These rules allow us to assure you a quality stay in Paris.
