Séjour sur Roche noire

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. La maison est bien située , à 5/10mn des commerces et de la plage de roche noire. Le lieu est calme et l'on se sent chez soit. L'hôte est également sympathique. C'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Propriétaire antipathique, logement mal entretenu et service très bas de gamme

La seule préoccupation de la propriétaire était de s'assurer que nous n'allons rien casser dans son logement mal entretenu, pas de savoir si nous nous y sentions bien. A notre arrivée, j'ai dû appeler Abritel, car la propriétaire me réclamait 500 euros de caution en chèque ou espèces (?!?!) sans même avoir fait le moindre état des lieux. Abritel m'a alors bien conseillée de ne surtout pas laisser d'argent sans passer par la plateforme, d'autant que 500 euros de caution avait déjà été prélevés sur ma carte bancaire ! A notre arrivée, il n'y avait strictement rien dans le logement, à part les murs et les meubles : pas de papier toilette, produit vaisselle, etc. En arrivant, la propriétaire nous a dit que la climatisation n'était à utiliser que la nuit, sous peine de devoir payer 10 euros en plus par jour, si utilisation de la clim en journée. Il faisait une énorme chaleur dans le logement et l'absence de clim en journée n'était vraiment pas idéale pour la sieste des enfants. On nous a également dit sur un ton condescendant et antipathique qu'il nous faudrait faire le ménage à notre sortie, sous peine de devoir payer 80 euros. Nous aurions préféré une ambiance plus détendue et de confiance pour des vacances. La place de parking devant notre logement était très souvent déjà occupée, nous obligeant à nous garer beaucoup plus loin. Également, il n'y avait aucun système de ventilation dans la salle de bains, il fallait donc laisser la porte de la douche toujours ouverte pour ne pas voir de moisissures apparaitre.
