This is a lovely two bedroom, one bathroom (with separate W.C) apartment on the first floor of a "Prestige" building overlooking the beaches of the Moure Rouge - famous for its water sports and activities.

From its large terrace there are spectacular uninterrupted views out over the sea as far as Antibes and in the distance even the Iles des Lerins, with the old fort in clear view.

The apartment itself is very light and airy with big sliding windows in the living area that give a very spacious feel to the place.

There is an open plan kitchen next to the living area, with a raised "breakfast bar", conducive to a social environment.

There is a dining table for 6 and comfortable sitting area. The sofa can be opened up to form a comfortable double bed.

There are 2 large double bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment. The toilet is separate. Security wise there are electric blinds throughout, and the building is well-maintained, secure and is in a very safe area.

This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday as it is practically on the beach. You can walk to the centre of town, or take the bus down the Croisette.

It also has a private underground parking, but this is only convenient for normal town cars as you may find it very tight for any 4x4, or otherwise for very low cars.

Notre séjour a été gâché par les travaux dans des appartements de la résidence Ceux ci ont produisaient d’importantes nuisances toute la journée sans interruption En permanence des bruits insupportables de perceuses à percussion, de marteaux piqueurs, de vibrations dans les murs, plus la poussière, le transit des gravats des étages au rez-de-chaussée, la rotation des camions, les déchets dans les parties communes, etc.. Impossible de rester dans ce logement la journée, nous avons été obligés de partir tôt chaque matin pour ne rentrer que tard le soir, et nous sommes en hiver. Nous sommes très déçus car les propriétaires qui avaient été prévenus des nuisances (voir les notes jointes) auraient pu nous informer de la situation avant la location. Car dans de telles conditions le logement est totalement impropre à un usage d’habitation et nous avons quitté l’appartement de manière anticipée et bien avant la fin du séjour prévu. Sinon l’appartement est bof, très mal équipé et mobilier très vieux et usagé A déconseillé fortement
