La Castellaccia contemporary country house è la soluzione ideale per chi desidera una vacanza immersa nella campagna toscana ma senza rinunciare ai comfort della modernità.
La casa infatti si trova in un classico edificio toscano rurale, completamente inserito nella campagna di San Gimignano ma al suo interno si respira aria di novità, sia negli arredi che sono stati completamente rinnovati che nei comfort della casa, che è infatti dotata di aria condizionata e frigorifero con dispenser di acqua fresca.

The Space:
Castellaccia contemporary country house is an independent flat located within the Castellaccia property where there are also other apartments
The house is on the first floor and the entrance is reached by a small stairway.
The entrance leads directly into the spacious and luminous living room, characterised by a classic fireplace, typical of old country houses!
In this large room guests will find two sofas with a coffee table, a wooden dining table with chairs and a TV.
One side of the living room leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms (one of the two rooms has two single beds that can be turned into a double) both furnished with bedside tables and large wardrobes and a bathroom complete with toilet, washbasin and shower.
To the left of the entrance is access to the other area of the house where guests will find: on one side the third bedroom, a single, furnished with bed, dresser and bedside table, a second bathroom, also equipped with toilet, washbasin and shower, as well as a washing machine.
Finally, there is access to the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, plates and glasses and everything needed to prepare meals for all the guests. As well as a large fridge with cool water and ice dispenser.
The house has spacious interiors so you can enjoy it in comfort, even taking advantage of the air conditioning provided.
The only shared space is the swimming pool, which is communal. There, guests are allocated 4 sun loungers and a sun umbrella for their exclusive use.
The pool is set in an open-air space where there is a part of the garden equipped with tables and a BBQ that guests can use for light lunches during the day or enjoy the cool of an evening meal outdoors.

Castellaccia contemporary country house è un appartamento indipendente situato all’interno della proprietà della Castellaccia in cui si trovano anche altri appartamenti.
La casa si trova al primo piano e l’ingresso si raggiunge percorrendo una piccola scalinata.
Dall’ingresso si accede direttamente all’ampio e luminoso salotto, caratterizzato da un classico camino, tipico delle vecchie case di campagna!
In questa ampia stanza gli ospiti troveranno due divani con tavolino di appoggio, il tavolo da pranzo in legno con le sedie ed una tv.
Dal Salotto si accede da un lato allo spazio notte, composto da due camere da letto matrimoniali arredate entrambe con comodini e grandi armadi ed un bagno completo di wc, lavabo e doccia.
Alla sinistra dell’ingresso invece si accede all’altro spazio della casa dove gli ospiti troveranno: da un lato la terza camera, singola, arredata con letto, cassettone e comodino, un secondo bagno, anch’esso fornito di wc, lavabo, doccia, oltre che di lavatrice.
Infine si accede alla cucina completamente equipaggiata con forno, forno a microonde, tostapane, piatti e bicchieri e tutto quello che serve per preparare pasti per tutti gli ospiti. Oltre che di un grande frigo con dispenser di acqua fresca.
La casa ha ampi spazi interni per viverla in piena comodità, usufruendo anche dell’aria condizionata in dotazione.
L'unico spazio condiviso è la piscina, che è condominiale. Là, agli ospiti sono assegnati 4 sdraio e un ombrellone che sono destinati a loro uso esclusivo.
La piscina è inserita in uno spazio all’aperto in cui è presente una parte di giardino equipaggiata con tavoli e BBQ che gli ospiti possono usare per pranzi leggeri durante il giorno oppure godersi il fresco di un pasto serale all’aperto.
