Fully renovated townhouse with parking and a garden. It has 3 bedrooms, one double and two with double beds, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with balcony with an absolutely wonderful sea views and views of the Rocha Negra, ex libris of the village. The bedrooms have a nice decoration. Is very comfortable, very central, close to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and other facilities but at the same time very quiet. Television and Internet. Table and chairs on the balcony. 5 minutes from the beach.

The property is simple but has everything needed - the location is quiet with an easy walk to the beach snd plenty of restaurants nearby and also s very conveniant supermarket with a sitting area to consume some simple meals for lunch or breakfast .. we enjoyed their pastel de nata Our property manager Rita went above and beyond to help us out and even had to rescue us at 11pm after we locked ourselves out if the flat ..

Die Lage mit der Terrasse und dem Meerblick ist traumhaft. Leider vermissten wir anfangs einen dringend nötigen Sonnenschirm. Dieser wurde uns dann aber auf Nachfrage gebracht. Irritiert hat uns auch, dass wir bis zu unserem Anreisetag trotz zweier Email-Anfragen nicht wussten, wie wir ( mitten in der Nacht) Zugang zum Haus bekommen solten. Hier hat uns schnell und unkompliziert eine nette Dame bei Fewo-direkt geholfen. Letztlich waren wir nach dem holprigen Start doch sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und würden es wieder buchen.

Parfait ! maison très agréable magnifique vue mer, terrasse pour les repas, climatisation si besoin. Maison à 2 minutes à pieds du supermarché et de la plage. Praia da Luz est une station familiale, calme avec de très bons restaurants.Un immense merci à Rita pour son accueil (petites attentions bien sympathiques à l'arrivée !) et sa disponibilité. Nous avons eu un problème de réfrigérateur qui ne fonctionnait pas et elle a fait en sorte qu'il soit changé dans les quelques heures qui ont suivi. Nous recommandons à 200%

Superbe maison, idéalement placée

La maison est vraiment très bien. Mention spéciale à la pièce de vie à l'étage et à la terrasse en face de la mer, sur laquelle nous avons pris nos repas et passé nos soirées. La plage est à 5 min à pied, très familiale, avec sable fin et peu de vagues.

Wenn nur das Wetter so gut wie die Wohnung gewesen wäre

Super!Unser Kleinster wollte nicht aus der Wohnung,weil sie so schön ist.Bei viel Regen waren wir froh eine so schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung zu haben.Der Blick vom Balkon fotogen.Alles vorhanden und nette,prompte Betreuung durch Rita.

Beautiful view but with a caveat

Overall we had a pleasant stay at Rita's place! She is very friendly and helpful with lots of tips for places nearby. The view from the upstairs living room is stunning! You have a great view over the ocean and the rooftops of Luz. Everything you need on a vacation is available in the house (kitchen utensils, hair dryer, soap etc.). The biggest downside for us was the lack of cleanliness. Upon arriving there was an unpleasant smell in every room, which would return even after opening all windows. One bathroom we even decided not to use due to an stench of urine. The room was clearly not properly cleaned as you could see stains beside the toilet. Another big issue was mold on the walls and ceiling of the shower which was probably caused by the malfunctioning ventilation. Even though the house was equipped with many useful things, some of them were damaged or even in an unusable condition. In a nutshell, we had a nice stay and if you can look past some inconveniences you will too! The beach is very close to the apartment, you can easily reach it within a 5-minutes-walk. We had some really beautiful breakfasts looking at the rising sun and watching the waves come in.

Amazing place and view!!!

This was a great stay....spacious, clean, great view from balcony, privacy, own parking spot(driveway), close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores.......it's endless. Not a bad thing to say!! Would highly recommend staying here. Forgot to mention, great communication with owner. Instant replies if anything was asked. Would 100% come back!

Super maison, dans un emplacement idéal / super casa, localizada num sítio ideal

15 jours passés en famille, maison bien équipée pour se faire à manger à la maison pour tout le monde, très bon emplacement (5 min à pied de la plage et 5 min du supermarché avec du pain frais) Rita toujours disponible et souriante ! On y reviendra. 15 dias passados em família, casa muito bem equipada que dá para cozinhar para todos. Muito bem localizada (a 5 min a pé da praia e do supermercado com padaria). Extraordinário

Apartamento espaçoso, decorado com simplicidade e bom gosto, com uma vista magnífica, numa rua muito silenciosa. Tanto a sala como a varanda e os quartos primam pelo conforto. As camas são muito boas, tal como os lençóis e as toalhas. A casa tem bastante loiça e a cozinha, embora pequena, tem tudo o que é necessário. Foi uma estadia verdadeiramente agradável que aumentará a fasquia das próximas experiências.

Très bon séjour en famille !

Belle pièce de vie avec une très belle vue sur la mer. La maison est spacieuse, propre et conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La cuisine, petite et étroite, mériterait d être modernisée mais bien équipée. Bonne literie hormis un lit individuel qui grince beaucoup. Et manque de rangement dans la petite chambre. La maison est très bien située : au calme et à 2 min à pied des commerces, restaurants et de la belle plage da Luz. Rita est adorable, avenante, réactive et disponible. Nous recommandons cette réservation.

Fanastic views

Great position within Praia de Luz complete with parking space. Great balcony with fantastic views. Fully equipped kitchen with mini dishwasher etc. And fanastic living room with great internet connection and Netflix. Only thing stopping us giving 5 stars is that we found it a little hot but only discovered after we checked out that there was an electric screen which would have shielded flat from the direct sunlight into the living room. So now knowing that it would not stop us recommending the apartment or returning to it ourselves.

An den Balkon kann man sich gewöhnen

Saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr großzügiger Balkon nach Süden zum Meer. Bei Problemen hilft Diana schnell und professionell. Ein Tisch im Wohnberich, und sei er auch noch so klein, wäre wünschenswert.

Super Ort für unseren Urlaub..

When going to Luz/ Lagos, Portugal

Very good location, literally a short 5 min walk to the beach. Medium size beach, where there’s ample space, not crowded... you have access to markets by walking and lots of restaurent to choose from close by and you are a very short drive to Lagos(under 10min) which gives you tons of other restaurent choices. Excellent greet by the team and the place is as advertised. So nothing négatif.

herrlicher Ausblick, ruhige Lage, superschönes Haus in dritter Reihe zum Meer

Der wunderbare Ausblick auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles ist vorhanden, sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Die Bäder sind nicht neu, aber voll funktionsfähig. Der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen. Luz ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Küstenorten kleiner und ruhiger. Absolut empfehlenswert !! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder !
