I am only 50m from the beach of 'El Riuet', an oasis of fine golden sand with an incredible view of the bay of Roses and Cap de Creus, perfect for
relax, go for walks or bike rides and especially practice water sports such as surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing...
I am on the ground floor of the Villa Romana residence, with a large terrace, garden and parking space.
I present myself with: living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bathroom with shower and wood stove for the winter.
They say I am spacious, bright, quiet, cheerful... and renovated with taste.
*The price does not include: Sheets, shower towels and kitchen rags.
