Cozy house located just 1 minute from Riells beach.
With all the services around so you can walk to all places such as the beach, restaurants, shops, town center... You don't have to travel at all and thus forget
of the car on your vacation!!!
With a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy, along with the barbecue, long summer days and good weather.
Very bright house with a room on the ground floor, for the comfort of our elderly.
And also parking inside the property for a standard car.
With more than seven kilometers of coastline, L'Escala is a corner that adapts to the tastes of any bather. From extensive sandy beaches with all kinds of services around them, to small pebble coves surrounded by pine forests and cliffs. There are beaches that are an exit point for channels for swimming in the open sea and others with a wide range of sports or of special interest for scuba diving; Not to mention the unique possibilities such as bathing or sunbathing alongside the more than two thousand years of history of El Moll Grec. A whole world of beaches to discover.
