Why they chose this property
The cottage has all of the advantages of being in-town, yet you have the privacy and quite of the conservation area that surrounds the property. You can walk to downtown and all of Nantucket's great restaurants. The conservation area has wonderful hiking paths where you will see all of the native birds. Two cardinals have lived in our hydrangeas for many years.
