This is an amazing flat situated in Beato, relatively close to the touristic centre, is located on a 4th floor without elevator. Ideal for a couple, or a family with one child this apartment has an incredible view of the river and a great terrace to enjoy perfect sunsets in Lisbon!

The property features 1 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom, a living room equipped with a sofa bed for 1 person, a dining area and a flat-screen TV with cable and internet channels. Guests can prepare their own meals using the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively guests can visit the various restaurants within walking distance and taste Portuguese or international specialities. You will have access to linen, towels, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, fan (summer) or heater (winter).

8 pm - 9:59pm : a late check-in fee of 20€ will be charged

La petite terrasse Le fait que l'appartement soit traversant, permettant de ventiler l'appartement L'équipement pour manger/faire à manger La présence d'une machine à laver Le canapé confortable et convertible Les 4 étages à monter :D Parfaitement faisable ! La localisation de l'appartement peut sembler éloignée du centre de Lisbonne mais on y est en quelques minutes en taxi/Uber pour 5€. De plus le quartier est en pleine expansion, il y a de nouveaux endroits "underground" (galeries d'art, restaurants) et du street art non loin de là.

Salle de bain assez sale et très peu pratique. Absence de climatisation (assez problématique avec les températures chaudes en été) - meme pas de ventilo qui fonctionne Quartier pas très sympa
