Beautiful and spacious 11th floor beach condo in one of clearwater premier buildings!

Located on the south/west corner allowing for spectacular and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Intra Coastal Water Way and our famous Pier 60. You can not beat the breath taking sunsets right from your balcony. And if you are fortunate you may even see the rare green flash at sunset.

The condo is located at the Mandalay Beach Club a prestigious and highly sought after location on Clearwater Beach. This is a two bedroom, two bath with a pull out sofa that sleeps up to six people. The master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, walk-in shower with a separate soaking tub. Has its own access to the outside balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk-in shower. Also with access to the outside balcony.
The living room has a brand new leather pull-out sofa with matching love-seat.
Very large 46 inch TV. DVD and wireless band internet included.
Full kitchen with all the amenities of home.
Full size washer and dryer for your convince.
EVERY room has a beautiful view of the beach and opens out to the full length balcony.

The complex itself features state of the art fitness room and clubhouse. The elegant clubhouse is full service that comes with a billiards room, an incredible aquarium, a fantastic BBQ grill and picnic area. You have access to the computer and printer located in the Clubhouse. The huge pool and hot tub area looks over the beach with plenty of lounge chairs and tables. You will know that you are at an EXQUISITE resort.
Your own assigned covered parking space with all the safety and security 24 hours.

You will be walking distance to all shopping, restaurants, bars and our famous Pier 60. Or a five minute ride to to the Clearwater Aquarium home of now famous Winter the Dolphin. No need for a car on the Island. We have the Jolly Trolley or Florida Fun Rides.
Of course to venture off Clearwater Beach you will need a car. Your will never run our of things to do....Disney World, Bush Gardens, Tarpon Springs and so may others famous places all within an hour or two from Clearwater Beach.

Beautiful Beach Paradise

We love staying in the Mandalay Beach Club and this property was just spectacular. Beautifully decorated, excellent amenities and a an easy check-in/communication process. Valerie is a terrific host and we look forward to the opportunity to stay here again.

Fantastic Beach Condo!

Beautiful, clean, well-apportioned condo with fantastic views! Valerie is terrific and handled all questions promptly. Check in was a breeze, the MBC property is 1st class. We'll be back for more beautiful sunsets next year!

Great place, close to everything

We loved our stay here. The condo and building are well appointed and maintained and Valerie has been a pleasure to deal with. The layout of the condo is ideal for sharing with the living room in the middle and balcony access from both bedrooms and living room. There are endless things to do within walking distance. The assigned parking spot is right by the door and elevators making everything convenient.

Have stayed at this unit annually (except for 2017) since 2011. Each year we stay 30-60 days. Always look forward to our time there. We find it very relaxing and enjoyable. Great views of the Gulf, Pier 60, and the Bay Bridge and beyond. And this time was no exception -- still the only place we would like to return to. See you next year!

The unit was absolutely beautiful and the south view was amazing.

Representative Valeria Cuzzola was outstanding and immediately responsive to any questions we had. The unit was beautifully furnished and spotless. As you know my wife and I were there for the months of February and March. We were interested in again renting next year but were informed that it was already booked. We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for twenty five years. In most cases we were offered the first right of refusal. In those cases we were dealing directly with the owner or representative. It would be a very great option to be considered by VRBO. We would highly recommend this unit and dealing with Valerie Cuzzola. She is a very professional and kind person.

We've vacationed at Clearwater Beach for many years and keep bringing our family back to enjoy the fishing and water sports, fine dining, sightseeing and the beautiful white sandy beaches. We've stayed in many locations all over the island and we feel that the Mandalay Beach Club; with it's convenient central location. upscale resort amenities and on site security is by far the best. From our condo you can view the Gulf of Mexico and Pier 60 with all the daily entertainment, the Intra-Costal Waterway and you can see all the way to Sand Key. We've drawn on our years of experience to guide us in equipping our unit to to provide you with most comfortable, clean and luxurious accommodations. It is our goal to give you a top shelf experience and we hope that you'll return time an time again.
