Entrance

Villa Naxos has a private parking space next to the Villa. The main entrance is at the side with a few steps up to the front door.


Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace & Sunbathing Area

The swimming pool sits among a stone yard with several places to sit under the shadow, making it the ideal place to relax whilst admiring those distant sea views. Just next to the pool.


Living Space & Kitchen

The bright, open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. There are patio doors and windows which flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space. There is also a large balcony located off this room with a stone BBQ.

Relax in the living area which is dominated by the fantastic views over the pool and the sea. From here, patio doors open to a spacious terrace where you will find the outdoor furniture. The perfect place to enjoy your evenings watching the sunset.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the ground floor, there is a couch that can be converted into a comfortable queens bed.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each one with its' terrace and fabulous views of the surrounding area. These bedrooms also share a separate bathroom. There is also sun deck on the 1st-floor terrace, designed to offer moments of luxury while enjoying the views of the Aegean Sea.

Villa Naxos is a modernly designed Villa, offering unlimited views to the Aegean Sea. The heated pool and the central heating of the Villa offers a unique holiday experience during all months of the year.
