About this property

Brand new to VRBO, this is one of 2 apartments we own on the beautifully kept El Divino complex. It sleeps four people comfortably, one double bedroom and two singles in the second bedroom. The lounge has a sofa bed too so technically the apartment can sleep 6. There is also a travel cot provided for infants. We have a brand new 50 inch Smart TV in the lounge with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and hundreds of channels from around Europe. There is a full kitchen with washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The apartment has air con and heating for the cooler months. All the furniture including the mattresses and bedding are brand new in September 2022. El Divino is just a 3 minute walk from The Plaza by the 525 Hotel where all the lovely restaurants are.

About the host

Your host

We live on the beautiful Isl eof Wight, just off the south coast of the UK. We love travel and have owned apartments in Spain for a number of years now that have only been used by our immediate family. 2022 is the first year that we will be offering them to other travellers and so far we have had really good reviews on Airbnb and Booking.com. We hope guest using VRBO love our apartments as much as we do. 😎

Why they chose this property

This apartment is on the El Divino complex, a very short walk to the main square in Los Alcazares. My elderly parents love it here as the complex is very quiet and secure, the grounds and 2 swimming pools are immaculate and it is only a very short walk to the min square by the 525 hotel in Los Alcazares and about 8 minutes walk to the beach. Our teenage kids love nothing more than spending a week by and in the pools in the glorious sunshine.

What makes this property unique

Our apartments both have full fibre 600mb broadband and no extra charge. We put new 60 inch smart TVs in earlier this year which provide access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and 100s of other channels from around the world. The apartments sleep 4 people comfortably, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singles. Ther eis also a travel cot for infants.
