Casa Alba is a beautiful holiday home with private pool in the prestigious urbanization "El Santiscal" in Arcos de la Frontera. It is located directly next to the reservoir of Arcos de la Frontera, and enjoys a magnificent view of the town and extraordinary sunsets.

The house sits on his own with no direct neighbours and surrounded by protected green spaces. The house has a Large kitchen with washing machine, american style fridge, additional freezer and microwave oven.

The indoor Patio is a traditional feature of Andalucian houses and there is a spacious living room. The large front patio with porch is a great space for meals. As well as having a large outdoor private pool there are lawns, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. *ANY BOOKINGS IN JULY AND AUGUST WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF THEY ARE FROM MONDAY UNTIL SUNDAY*

Bonjour, nous avons passé 4 jours formidable s à Arcos de la frontera. La maison est très agréable et située dans un quartier calme prés d'un lac. Après l'effervescence de Séville, cordoue et grenade, ça a fait un bien fou de se retrouver en famille dans cette belle maison. Merci à monica pour son accueil et les petites attentions.

I am from the town of Arcos de la Frontera, I grew up close to where the house is situated. I now live in Scotland with my husband and 2 boys. My family help me look after the property and will meet you to give you the keys.

Why they chose this property

The house was built in 1999 and it has been with us since beginning of 2020. Although we have only owned it for a few years, this property has a lot memories. I used to live about 200 metres from here and before it was built, the land it sits on was my playground.

The name of the house is Casa Alba, because Alba is gaelic for 'Scotland' (my husband is Scottish) and in Spanish Alba means 'Sunrise'.

What makes this property unique

You can fish in the reservoir across from the house and only 200m away, you will find the yacht club and a beach (next to the lake, not the sea) with fine sand. You can also swim in the reservoir and do water sports.

In just 3 km you reach Arcos de la Frontera, where you can enjoy the wonderful sights and gastronomy.
