The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, under-counter fridge with an icebox and a washing machine. Head up to the first floor where you will discover three light and airy bedrooms; a standard double, small double and a single room. The family bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, bathtub with a shower head attachment and a sink and there is a separate toilet next door. To top off this beautiful property, a door leads out from the first floor to the private enclosed courtyard garden which has outdoor seating. The perfect suntrap to enjoy your morning coffee.
Summer Cottage is a short stroll away into the heart of the market town of Bideford with its bustling quayside, shops, pubs and eateries. The North Devon Tarka Trail is just a few minutes walk away where you can enjoy traffic free walking and cycling while exploring the rugged coastline. The sandy surfing beaches of Westward Ho!, Saunton Sands and Croyde are all an easy drive and Instow for sailing or a more gentle paddle. The property is also only a few minutes drive from the A39 to explore North Devon and North Cornwall.
