On the outside, the property stands out for its privacy and quality, with a fenced pool perfect for children's safety, a spacious porch equipped with outdoor games, barbecue area and options to have fun with ping-pong and table football. These spaces are ideal for creating unforgettable moments with family or friends. 🎉🏓

The interior is simple but comfortable, with a living-dining room that integrates a fully equipped American kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils so that you can prepare your meals with total comfort.
