Enjoy a stylish experience, over two floors, at this modern, recently renovated, fully air conditioned 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat located in the safe, up-market area of High Street Kensington.

The location provides easy access to Heathrow Airport in 40 mins and to theatres and shopping of the West End, Chinatown and Soho in 20 minutes via the Piccadily line under ground

It is within a quiet villlage like area with laundry, Italian Deli, French Patisserie & restaurants nearby

The Space

The apartment is approximately 95 Sq m which makes it large for a two bedroom apartment in London.

The south facing open plan living and kitchen area on the top floor is bright all year round and provides stunning rooftop views of London. Air conditioning keeps the place cool in summer and warm in winter. Bi-Fold doors open out to a private terrace and create that perfect indoor/outdoor lifestyle.

The two large bedrooms and modern bathrooms provide quiet private spaces.

A large dedicated workspace for two people equipped with printer and scanner makes a perfect place to work

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the whole 2 bedroom apartment. On the top floor an open plan living area opens onto a sunny south facing terrace. On the floor below there are two large bedrooms: one with en-suite bathroom with walk-in rain shower and the other with a large dedicated workspace for two people.

There is also another large luxurious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

Other things to note

Although The flat has a washer and dryer with detergent and fabric conditioner provided, There is also a laundry shop nearby called Debonair.that provides a professional laundry and dry cleaning service if you prefer.

.If guests would like additional cleaning and laundry services during the stay this can be arranged at additional cost.

The apartment is on the 2nd and 3rd floors and there is no lift so it may not be suitable for those who would have difficulties negotiating stairs.

It was perfect!
Our stay at this lovely, multi-floor, nicely renovated, sun-filled flat was perfect. Steve could not have been more helpful, always available via text or phone if we had questions. The neighborhood has everything you need, with easy access to multiple tube stations and convenient bus routes. We would love to return next year. Thank you Steve for making it all so easy and comfortable.

5 Star Apartment in a 5 Star location with a 5 Star host.
This apartment was definitely a 5 Star find in a 5 Star location with a 5 Star host. If you are looking for a great 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom place to stay, grab this one! Our experience mirrored those to Steve's many guests who have left raving reviews on other sites. I highly recommend this apartment. Steve was responsive and helpful. He guided us all the way and we felt absolutely pampered. Communication was concise and added much value. Steve aims to please and ensures that we have the best experience possible. The apartment and the location look exactly like the photos. Everything was exceedingly well organized, and the design of the home was both lovely and logical. I challenge anyone to find a cleaner place to stay. The living room was bright and sunny. The size of bedrooms, the quality of the beds and the linen, the bathrooms and the amenities Steve provides, are all top notch. The large, bright desk space in the second bedroom was great as a place to work and came equipped with a colour printer which was a great bonus. The internet connection was reliable and fast. For those wishing to cook , a well-equipped and well-stocked dream kitchen is available. Thank you for your gracious hospitality, Steve. We will return!!

Why they chose this property

The apartment is in a prime location. It is a short walk from both High Street Kensington and Earls Court Underground stations which means it is easy to get to and from the airport and to travel around London.

The Albert Hall and the museums of South Kensington (Science Museum, Natural History Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum) are a pleasant 10-15 minute tree-lined stroll away through beautiful Kensington Garden Squares surrounded by classic white 19th Century townhouses.

For a place that is so centrally located it is also amazingly quiet and peaceful. Within 100 yards there are a range of small independent shops and restaurants and an amazing Italian Deli which serves great pastries and coffee downstairs. A bit further afield, and 10 minutes away are five major supermarkets (Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Marks & Spencer, Wholefoods and Tesco) and a wide range of restaurants ranging from Pubs, Pizza, Indian, Chinese and all other cuisines you can think of up to a Michelin Star fine dining experience at Kitchen W8 (Highly recommended).

What makes this property unique

We are fully air-conditioned in all rooms!! We have reverse-cycle air-conditioning and in the winter, we have additional heat pump radiators to provide warmth and comfort.

The flat was recently, tastefully renovated with quality furnishing and appliances which include a Natuzzi Italian leather sofa, Miele kitchen and laundry appliances and a V Zug steam oven! We also have a De Longhi coffee machine and an AEG Induction Hob
