Convenient place but not so pleasant

We stayed at that location because it was close to our next destination, but we had some issues during our stay, we found cobwebs ok the closet and bathroom door, the water was not as warm as we want, and we found some worms on our beds. The owner told us that they have been trying to get rid of them for a while.
