Located in the heart of Albufeira, this attractive 7 bedroom villa is perfect as an ideal getaway with all the modern facilities to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. Outside is ideal for families or large groups that are looking for a quiet setting with excellent entertainment space. There are 7 spacious bedrooms. In the grounds the villa benefits from having a large private swimming pool.

All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

A wide range of sports facilities are available in Albufeira including golf courses, tennis and water sports.

The property is within an easy stroll to the Strip with plenty of amenities, bars and restaurants all around.

Oura Beach is less than 7 minutes walk away and easy to get to, there are plenty of shops along the way if you require a newspaper or a cold drink. The villa has private terraces to the 1st floor bedrooms.

In the garden guests may enjoy using the purpose built BBQ facilities.

Airport transfers can be arranged upon request, as well as cots and high chairs provided.

Our stay was absolutely excellent! The house is incredibly comfortable and perfect for large groups, with great accommodations and everything sparkling clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was very well-maintained, and the BBQ area is fantastic for group gatherings. Check-in went smoothly without any issues, and the host’s attention and communication were excellent throughout. Highly recommend 100%!

Group of 13 ladies stayed 4 nights for my daughter’s hen party. Lovely property,plenty of beds and bathrooms. Well equipped Kitchen. Pool area had plenty of sun-beds & seating. Location is great for new town and bars/supermarkets. Eva was amazing from the start including helping us book airport transfers. Highly recommend! Pool heating would be great

Good location, clean, could use some maintenance light fixtures etc and some water leaks but overall really happy with purchase and the host Eva was amazing to deal with , pool was clean and villa had everything we needed would stay again, only recommendations is that owner contacts person who owns the gate so you don't have to walk miles to get to top of road Thanks Eva great visit

Brilliant villa for a hen do weekend in Albufeira, was perfect for our group of 17. Easy walk to the new town strip and a 5 taxi to the old town strip. Walking distance from a small shop and a 15 minute walk (5 min drive to Aldi)! We all loved the pool and the facilities. Plenty of bathrooms for us all to use and we felt very safe as a group of girls. Brilliant communication with Eva throughout our stay and before we arrived, we would definitely come back!

We stayed here for a hen trip with a group of 16 women aged 34–70, and it honestly couldn’t have worked out better. Everyone had the time of their lives, which says a lot given the mix of ages!Communication before and during the trip was excellent -really quick responses and super helpful, which made organising everything so much easier.The villa itself is gorgeous! loads of space for a big group, really comfortable, and the outdoor areas are where we spent most of our time. The pool, views, and seating areas were perfect for long, relaxed days (and evenings!) together.The location is ideal!! - walking distance to two beaches, plus plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It’s also only about a 5-minute Uber to the main strip, so really easy to head out when we wanted to.We genuinely wished we could have stayed longer. We’d 100% recommend this property for any kind of group;hen, stag, family gathering — it was simply perfect. Thanks XXX

Great place to get together with friends

This place is perfect for a group of friends to stay for a long weekend. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of space to hang around in. The pool was nice although the weather wasn’t the best. Good location too, a little bit of a walk but not too much to shops, bars and restaurants

The villa was perfect for me and my friends, there was 13 of us for my 30th and the layout was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone, the outdoor area was great (not a salt water pool which is a bonus) and Eva, the host, was amazing. Great Villa, amazing trip!

Had an amazing stay in this Villa. This place was perfectly located and had everything we needed. We stayed with 16 of us for my brothers stag do. Eva was really good and communicated really well throughout the process. Helped us with all our transfers once Portugal side, I couldn't have asked for anymore from the villa and from Eva and her team.
