The Worst Experience

Never again will me and my family stay at any Cleanbnb properties. We had the worst experience during our last days in Italy. This apartment has a MAJOR infestation of ants and all they did to remedy the issue was spray an application that would make the apartment smell good. We were reimbursed $39.07 (USD) for our troubles which was an insult because we spent more time in the apartment dealing with this issue rather than exploring Milan, Italy. We had to cancel tours ( which cost us more than $39) and plans for a problem that shouldn’t exist. All of our food had to be stored in the fridge because the ants were getting into everything such my purse, our luggage, and crawling in the bed….DISGUSTING!!! Can be a nice apartment and in a good location but NOT properly maintained. STAY AWAY!

Visiting our Italian Daughter.

This place was in a great location and was very comfortable and quiet! Close to the subway too. It had the most unique spiral staircase with a glass floor next to it. It took some getting use to, but was quite the conversation piece.
