Fabulous double villa with private pool now with airconditioned rooms!
This villa is located just 5 minutes from the beach and busy Centre of platja D’Aro but still away from it all, surrounded by nature. Perfect for stays with two families or just one family with enough space to enjoy your own privacy. The house has a ground floor with its cozy living/ dining room, a bar/ kitchenette and two bedrooms both with their own bathroom. The master bedroom has air conditioning. The upper floor can by reached via a staircase inside or outside. There is a well equipped kitchen and a large living dining area with glass sliding doors overlooking the beautiful pool and garden. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning and one with a bunk bed.
There are several outdoor sitting areas including a nice table with comfortable chairs on the covered terrace next to the bbq area, cool all day long.
There is WiFi throughout the house. This villa is really a fantastic place to relax and enjoy it with family or friends as it has a large pool with lots of space all around, full privacy and still just less than 5 minutes from the beaches and the centre of Platja daro. We do no accept groups of youngsters beteeen 17 and 30
