only issue was mould and some stains to bedding, I didn't mind but my friend did, the people were lovely and the area is awesome if you prefer not being sandwiched like in skeggy or ingoldmells, lovely beach couple of minutes away, personally loved it as did my daughter, I would recommend absolutely unless you are very very fussy and want spotless etc, fit my needs, just wanted a break and got a lovely one so thank you

The apartment was lovely and clean and very spacious just what we needed for our family! The location was just great being so close to Chapel, Butlins and Skegness. The staff were lovely and friendly aswell. The price was fantastic for a week in August! We definitely will be returning at some point.

Had some mould in the bathroom And some cutlery wasn't cleaned properly. Easy to access though and was somewhere to put your head down for a cheap price
