overall good , but one of the settees need replacing as you sunk down in it and it touched the metal frame , the lodge was lovely overall , hot tub fantastic , was topped up regularly and filters changed , walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms , also on suite plus another bathroom , dishwasher , washer ,dryer , microwave , oven , grill and hobs , even a airer , was lovely
