The property is a large premium 2 double bedroom apartment and is well laid out with all the necessary amenities.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via a single flight of stairs from the parking bays to the side and rear of the building.

SLEEPING
With a choice of 2 bedrooms everybody in your group will be sure to get a great night's sleep. Rooms are kitted out with everything you'll need and offer quiet places to rest your head with the added bonus of window shutters.

You'll also find a useful workstation in the master bedroom

All beds are dressed in hotel quality linen.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge which would comfortable sleep 2 additional guests . The sofa bed will NOT be made up but the linen will be left in the lift up integrated storage section.

Guests will have full access to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as refreshments and hygiene products.

Check-in time is usually after 4pm and check-out time is usually before 10am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
