Seafarers is an excellent base for an Island adventure. The property is situated in Ryde which is the largest town on the Isle of Wight. The Town offers a great selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of the property and is close to the ever popular long and sandy beach and the attractive Victorian Esplanade with even more cafes and amenities for our visitors.
The attractions are vast and varied which is why visitors return year after year. From a swimming pool and bowling alley if the weather is not so inviting, to a children's amusement park.
Further afield the Island is also known for its rich history and rolling countryside, coastal walks and even more stunning beaches, it truly offers a great all round holiday getaway.
The expansive sandy beaches stretch along the coast for miles and the listed pier connects you to a regular Catamaran Service which can also be accessed by train which travels through to Sandown & Shanklin. The ferry service links you to Portsmouth, furthermore, there is also a Hovercraft service adjacent to the pier which offers quick travel over to Southsea.
The bus station has a number of different routes available and there is also a seasonal open-top bus service which take you over The Downs, with ever-reaching views.
The property offers a high standard of accommodation and is tastefully fitted with modern fixtures and fittings and is arranged over three floors, you enter on the ground floor into the spacious hallway, there is also a handy cloakroom and double bedroom with a double built in wardrobe, the hallway then takes you through to the large living room with superb views to enjoy while relaxing on the large comfy sofas, there is also a flat screen TV, books and board games to keep you entertained in the evenings. The lower ground floor has an open plan kitchen with integrated appliances, utility room and large family/dining room with bi fold doors leading to the enclosed rear garden and patio with a gate leading to the parking area. The first floor has a large master bedroom with king size bed with views of the Town and Solent beyond from the Juliet balcony and a spacious ensuite shower room, there are two further bedrooms, a double bedroom and a twin which are both served by a spacious family bathroom.
