Nettlestone House has great character, is beautifully furnished, yet is 5 bedroom family friendly and has loads of space. The house is the main part of a substantial 220 year old stone property which offers impressive and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. This linked property has been fully refurbished over recent years and provides ample space. Guest families benefit from 2 separate sitting rooms (both withTVs), allowing children watch in one room while adults can relax in the other. Situated on Nettlestone village green, Nettlestone House gives you the benefit of being within 10 minutes walk of two of the best sandy beaches on the Island (Seagrove bay and Priory bay), with country and coastal walks and sailing from Seaview village and Bembridge Harbour nearby; yet we are also in Nettlestone village within 100 meters of the village shop and a short walk to local pub/restaurants.

My husband and I are university lecturers. I came from China originally and fell in love with Isle of Wight when I first visited here in 2005.
We started doing holiday lettings more than 10 years ago. In 2017, our son was born and we needed more space for him to play during the Covid lockdown, so we stopped holiday letting for the two years. We are still receiving messages from our previous guests for bookings, so we decided to come back to the market again in 2023.
