Der Check-in-Ablauf war sehr schlecht beschrieben. Es hätte angeführt werden müssen, dass der elektronische Zugangscode nur für wenige Stunden gilt. Es hätte auch einen Hinweis darauf geben müssen, dass danach Schlüssel zu benutzen sind. Und die Schlüssel hätten beschriftet sein müssen. Das alles hätte uns erheblichen Stress erspart. Wenn schon keine Geschirrspülmaschine vor Ort ist, sollten wenigstens Trockentücher vorhanden sein. Die Beleuchtung war für eine Wohnung dieser Preisklasse eher schlecht. Insbesondere im zweiten Schlafzimmer gab es lediglich eine kärgliches Dämmerlicht. Im übrigen waren an mehreren Stellen die Leuchtmittel defekt.
