Everything at the property was new and working well the rooms and beds were comfortable and the view were spectacular
Great mountain getaway!
We were in Phillipsburg for a multi generational family reunion, this place worked great as an escape from the madness!! Very clean, scenic property with incredible views! Tough terrain on the drive up, but it's worth it! The ghost town is only a little further up the road, lots of great local history! There's only 1 mirror and no blow dryer, in case your group has multiple high maintenance women, as ours did!! All in all everything was absolutely perfect!! Thank you!!
Thanks for the feedback! We are always looking to improve our place for guests!
We hung a full length mirror in the master bedroom and left a hair dryer up there! I also spoke with the county about running a grader up our road more frequently. Thanks!
Wonderful place to stay
We had a fabulous time at this property. It fit all the requirements for a mother-daughter vacation. Close to town. Quiet and a gorgeous view.
Everyone enjoyed the time spent here.
We had such a good time and loved the cabin design. This is a very nice, unique place in a beautiful setting. Loved the brewery in town. Saw lots of wildlife and a bear! We will be back!
Mountain house marvelous
We were in awe of the property, house, and scenic views. Finding the house was like a treasure hunt, and at the end of the drive, the house was the pit of gold. We loved being secluded, cut off from the outside world, and the quality family time we shared.
My wife and I stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and couldn't have asked for a better place for a home base to explore the Philipsburg area. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and incredibly comfortable. It was a fairly chilly early October weekend, but the woodstove did a good job of keeping the place cozy. The kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or pot and pan that you could want. The cabin is secluded and the views are fantastic, but it is a pretty easy drive into town. We are already talking about coming back and hopefully bringing some of our friends since the place could comfortably sleep 3-4 couples or more.
