Great location (2 blocks from style mile), and nice apartment, but the building feels run down and sketchy. Some noise outside but comfy rooms and good light-blocking shades. Would recommend for a young couple or singles without kids.

Lots of stairs to get to flat
We did not know that you had to walk up three flights of stairs (67 steps) to get into this flat. It was very difficult to get golf bags and luggage up there. There is no table to sit at.
The only reason I ranked this property poor and not terrible is because it is in a perfect location to see the city and easy to access public transportation. The apartment had stained mattresses, pillows, furniture and mold in the tiny shower. There was no handsoap in the bathroom. It was 89 steps to the door up a dirty concrete stairwell. There are rodent control notices posted at the door. It was extremely noisy from the street sounds and hard to sleep. The hide-a-key was 2 blocks away on a bike rack in a park. We were pressured to let them know if we’re would leave any earlier than the checkout time of 10 am since the cleaners were coming at that time. It was dodgy and not well kept and definitely not worth the expense. It was the only property on our holiday (8 in total) that I gave a poor review.
