Welcome to this magnificent apartment on the first shoreline in the center of Fuengirola, with unbeatable location and a large terrace. The apartment is located in one of Fuengirola's most thriving areas with proximity to Plaza Chinorros (also known as Tapas Square), Church Square and the shopping streets around. Just outside the gate you have one of Fuengirola's best hamburger hooks and a very nice breakfast café, the beach is across the street and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the train station.In the area you also have grocery stores, some of Fuengirola's best restaurants according to Tripadvisor, clothing stores such as Zara, Stradivarius etc. as well as bars and nightclubs. When you step through the door to the newly renovated apartment, you are immediately greeted by the bright and open floor plan with a modern kitchen on the right. In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, stove with oven and much more. There is a dining area for 4 people as well as a comfortable sofa bed and a large smart TV. On the terrace which has afternoon sun and a wonderful view of the Mijas mountains and Mijas Pueblo you have a dining area, pergola and plenty of space to lie in the sun. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, blackout blinds and a full body mirror. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, bidet and space for your own gadgets! The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A / C in each room, fast WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine and much more. The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
