This has a south-facing balcony with sun from early morning until sunset. Close to bars/restaurants and it is only 5 minutes walk to the famous Fish Alley. It has all kitchen essentials/bed linen, towels etc. WIFI installed and TV with over 100 international stations including English, Irish, Spanish, danish, Swedish, Norway, German, French and Netherlands. 10 minutes walk to train/bus stations therefore making it convenient for access to local amenities or trains to the airport.

El apartamento está muy bien situado. Solo hay que cruzar la carretera y estás en la playa. Lo malo que tiene,es que tiene 2 ventiladores y el sofá cama es matador. Se clavan todos los muelles. Por lo demás todo genial

Appartement très bien situé avec vue sur mer et montagne .Tous commerces à porte de mains .Pas besoin de voiture le métro est à quelques mètres du centre ville Nous tenons à remercier Anna pour sa gentillesse et son accueil chaleureux

Primera linea de playa, con sus pros y cons

Un piso 12 con vista lateral al mar. Primera linea de playa con acceso directo con sólo salir del portal. Acceso a todoa los servicios: farmacia, supermercados, bares, chiringuitos... Por otro lado, tiene sus limitaciones, lo que es comprensible por el buen precio en agosto. Colchones y sofa muy deteriorados, algún fallo como el timbre o el porterillo que te dificultan la recepción de entregas a domicilio. El parking es una jungla... vehiculos aparcados de cualquier forma... pero si coges sitio pues te libras de parking. Un apartamento para para tener un flash back a los 80, en general ok, sin comodidades. Fue fácil comunicarse con Anna, que estaba atenta a cualquier consulta y de ayuda para gestionar el tecnico del proveedor de internet. Muchas gracias !! Bien para ir una vez. A nosotros nos agobió fuengirola, pero si te gusta el jaleo y no te importa un piso con lo justo, es tu sitio.

Tres bon rapport qualite/prix

Nous avons passé 2 semaines et demi en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants 13, 13 et 7 ans). L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est tres bien équipé pour la cuisine et les draps/serviettes. Il est idealement situé au pied des plages et des commerces. Il ne possède pas de climatisation (conforme à l'annonce et les températures sont raisonables). Un petit bémol pour le parking, nous avons accès à un parking privatif mais sans place nominative, ce qui est un peu difficile en été. Cependant nous avons quasiment toujours trouver une place. La communication avec le propriétaire est parfaite et Anna nous a très bien accueilli à notre arrivée, merci Anna ! En conclusion, un très bon rapport qualité/prix et une adresse à recommander à Fuengirola pour passer des vacances en famille !

Superbe vue

Superbe vues du balcon de l'appartement entre mer d'un côté et montagnes de l'autre 🌞 bien. Placé au centre. Appartement bien aménagé sauf que la wifi à marcher 2 jours sur les 13 de notre séjour, et le séchoir nous a mis de la rouille sur nos vêtements. Nous sommes satisfait de cette location.

Same positives as last year's review, with an improvement, there were new beds in the apartment. Even more cars in the parking. We learned that there was free parking in the street a few blocks away. Overall, satisfied this year too.

Limpieza muy deficiente

Los suelos estaban sucios y la ropa de cama aunque abundante, toda muy sucia, resultaba asqueroso. Malos colchones y almohadas. Las persianas del salón y dormitorio principal estropeadas. Buena ubicación.

Good apartment in perfect location

Positive – the location on the top floor with a few minutes walk to the city center, a few minutes to a large supermarket and a few seconds to the beach, restaurants and small shops. Well equipped with plenty of linen, towels and kitchen things, modern TV and wifi, and washing machine. The best view ever from a shower! We arrived late in the evening but that was no problem, smooth arrival and departure. Negative – not so much, but the floor was dirty and some of the furniture could need some attention. And how did the architect think when the door opens INTO the very small bathroom? From above we could also study the Spanish creative way of parking on the crowded parking lot below 😊 Overall, satisfied with the vacation, the apartment and the town. And the day trips by car to Gibraltar, El Caminito del Rey and to Alhambra.

Most disappointing

Great beachside location but photos on website alarmingly misleading. Apartment small, tired and poorly furnished with exception of relatively new t.v. Would not be suitable because of size for more than two people despite stating it accommodates 4/5. Kitchen so tiny only one person can access, likewise shower room door access is restricted because door hits toilet. Most concerning railing on side elevation of balcony is detached from fabric of building. Extremely dangerous on 12th floor balcony.

Spacious,Clean Apartment Across the Road From Beautiful Fuengirola Beach

Four of us had a great week's stay in Robbie's lovely apartment in Fuengirola. The pictures of the apartment do not do it full justice as it is really spacious and has a wonderful view from the balcony. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. It was quiet at night and was an ideal location across the road from the beach. Robbie was easy to deal with and we had a really enjoyable stay at Robbie's apartment.
