Very well located, it has all the necessary services around, where you can enjoy a summer climate all year round and you will have the spectacular beach of Las Canteras just a step away from the flat.

Precioso apartamento con terraza en primera línea de playa

Tiene una decoración ideal, es fenomenal para teletrabajar en un entorno estupendo y cuenta con una pequeña terraza súper agradable para desayunar, tomar algo etc. La localización no puede ser mejor, ya que está situada en primera línea de playa, es salir del edificio y ya te sitúas en el paseo marítimo de la mejor playa de la capital de Las Palmas: Las Canteras. Además la urbanización también cuenta con piscina comunitaria, todo un lujo para estar en ciudad! Repetiremos, gracias Home2Book por una atención tan exquisita.
