Our apartments are located in ‘de Bilt’, next to Utrecht and the Science park, with free dedicated parking spots. The apartments have all modern features, including smart locks and air-conditioning. That means you can check yourself in and we can give you at all time support. If you are interested in your future stay, we are happy to welcome you in one of our apartments.

At our accommodation, we operate a self check-in system. Instead of receiving a physical key, you will be provided with a key code to access the premises. Before receiving your key code, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

Requirements:
To stay with us, it is mandatory to complete an online check-in and provide a security deposit.

Online Check-In:
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an email containing instructions for the online check-in process. Kindly complete the online check-in and submit the security deposit as instructed.

Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €300 is required and can be paid during the online check-in process, prior to check-in. Payment can be made using a credit card, Visa card, or Mastercard. If you do not have access to a credit card, please don't hesitate to contact us using the phone number provided in your booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can send us a message via WhatsApp, and we will promptly provide you with all the necessary information.
