Wonderful pristine chalet apartment in an ideal location with stunning views. Perfect for a relaxing get away with plenty of choice for nearby hikes and only a short walk from Wengen train station and the mountain cable car. We will return. Thank you.

Outstanding property - best location in the Jungfraujoch region.

Seemleas checkin. Five minute walk to the cogwheel train station, which connects you to Lauterbrunen and to higher points such as Jungfraujoch. Great restaurants and a grocery store are all easy walk (as are churches of all denominations). Property is immaculate, sleeps six comfortably, has two decks with beautiful views, and plenty of common space to gather as a family or friends.

Great winter Chalet in Wengen

High quality construction and condition. Layout is great for a family of 4. Super clean and organized. Superb kitchen and accessories. Views are nice from porches. Ski-in and ski-out. Too many chairs in dining room and one too many easy chairs. We think swap dining and couch corners.

Great place to stay for a family in Wengen.

A couple of metal pedal waste bins in the bathrooms would be nice instead of the broken plastic ones. A few more light bulbs above the kitchen counter and above the sink in the downstairs bathroom would have been very helpful. Not absolutely necessary, but a nice touch, would be to find at least one box of Kleenex and a roll of paper towels. More than one key for the apartment door so one doesn't have to look for an ingenious hiding place for the one key when not all members of the family are following the same schedule.

Perfect Spot for Family Gathering

The home is spacious and well-appointed. It was clean, comfortable, and provided us with everything we needed to enjoy Wengen and the surrounding areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms, in particular, were very comfortable and the family room was just the right size. Alpine Holiday Services was prompt and attentive they provided excellent customer service during our stay. We would definitely consider a return! The kitchen was well-appointed however, it really could use some more serving bowls, a proper knife, a bread knife!, and, perhaps, another cutting board. Idea: offer guests access to beach/bathing towels for the pool / Lake Thun? Even if there was a small surcharge - it would have been a nice thing to have.
