The perfect apartment for an unforgettable vacation!
Do you want to enjoy your breakfast under the sun on the terrace and after going barefoot to the beach? Then this is the perfect house for you.
This beautiful and modern beachside penthouse is located in Costabella, just a few meters from the beach.
The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living-dining room, a kitchen and a terrace.
The wonderful living room with access to the terrace with panoramic views of both the beach and the community pool. The bathroom in the main bedroom has a shower, sink, and a toilet.
We provide bed linen and bath towels, so you only need to bring your personal items to enjoy your vacation.
Costabella has the most beautiful beaches and the best beach bars in Marbella where you can taste the typical and varied dishes of Andalusian cuisine, a beautiful urbanisation just 7 minutes by car where it is located in the old town of Marbella. It is a privileged area, very quiet, close to both the beach and the mountains.
Wi-Fi included, as well as centralised air conditioning. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.
If you want to have breakfast on the terrace in the sun and then walk barefoot to the beach, this is the perfect place!
The complex has an outdoor swimming pool (opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability) with sunbeds and umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing vacation under the sun of the Costa del Sol in the summer months.
