The Space:
Welcome to this spacious and thoughtfully designed 33 sqm studio, perfect for up to 2 guests and 1 pet. The main living area features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a Smart TV with access to Netflix, HBO, and other apps, and a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils, providing everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

The modern bathroom features a well-lit vanity and a stand-in shower, with 1 towel provided per guest. For long-term stays, the studio offers laptop-friendly workspaces for remote workers or business travelers.

Additional amenities include a private washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board for your convenience. Pets are allowed with prior authorization, ensuring that your furry friend can join you on your travels.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.

Getting Around:
Studio is 8 - 10 mins drive from main the train / bus station Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
Studio can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 12- 15 min.

Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
