DESCRIPTION
The villa enjoys an excellent panoramic view, located in Pescoluse, one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento (blue flag from 2009 to 2019). The detached house with large outdoor areas, spacious porch, (equipped with garden furniture), and sun terrace, is composed internally of a large living room, kitchenette with fitted kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, all well equipped and furnished.
On the back there is a large space with barbecue for outdoor grilling.
From the porch and from the terrace you can see the port of Torre Vado to the coast of San Gregorio.
The newly built house, surrounded by the Mediterranean is surrounded by fig trees and is equipped with every comfort. Excellent for those who like to replace the noise of the city to the peace of the countryside, whilst being close to the sea just 500 meters in line of air.
P. s. For renters, there will be a small garden planted and managed by the owners
