I selected this unit for privacy. I had my own entrance and confirmed parking spot. I work weird hours and enjoyed entering the unit at anytime without disturbing other people. Everything listed in the description is exactly what I received and everything was clean. The motion-sensor exterior light added extra security when I arrived in the evenings. Everything was great. The neighborhood had a sprinkle of everything from food options to supermarkets. Who could ask for anything more!

AVOID: Logistical Nightmare & Financial LossThis was the worst stay of my life. My vehicle was towed TWICE despite providing all registration details and receiving explicit assurance from the host's daughter that I was safely parked.Impact & Cost:The two towings cost me 450 in cash and severely disrupted my work schedule. The host’s daughter reimbursed the first 200, but the 250 for the second tow is still outstanding 8 days later, and communication has become non-existent. I had to check out a night early due to the risk of a third towing.Room Issues:Beyond the parking chaos, the room had a busted window (unresolved safety issue) and no thermostat control, leaving the room uncomfortably warm (78F). While the moldy shower liner was replaced, the combination of safety, comfort, and financial stress made this property uninhabitable.This stay was defined by financial loss and unacceptable stress. The host failed to ensure basic parking and safety requirements.
