A newly built villa, very comfortable, with a spacious and modern interior and an exterior designed for enjoying time together outdoors.
The villa combines a stone exterior design with energy-efficient construction to minimize consumption and reduce CO₂ emissions, making it very comfortable all year round. On colder days, you can enjoy maximum comfort thanks to underfloor heating.
A strategic location to explore Castilla y León, just 30 minutes from Burgos, 35 minutes from Frómista, 45 minutes from Lerma, and one hour from Santo Domingo de Silos, as well as the famous cinematic cemetery from the movie The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, known as "Sad Hill." Close to everything, yet in a perfect area to relax and enjoy the Castilian-Leonese culture, with all essential services just a few minutes’ walk away.
MANDATORY CHECK-IN
We will send an email to complete the online check-in on the same day your reservation is confirmed. Check-in is a mandatory procedure in Spain and is required to access any of our accommodations. Check-in must be completed at least 20 hours before arrival. Please contact us if you have any questions—we will assist you with the process.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To facilitate your arrival, you will receive a request a few days before your stay to make an online security deposit. This deposit will not be charged to your bank account. This procedure is authorized by your booking platform.

La casa es preciosa muy bien ubicada. El estado de la casa bueno. La limpieza escasa telarañas en la mayoria de las estancias suelo sucio y el menaje de cocina grasiento. La casa tenia cosas rotas tapa del baño rota agujeros en alguna pared y rajas.la manpara de la parte de arrriba no cerraba No avisan de esas
