Décevant et catastrophique
Appartement très sale surtout toilette et canapé et les draps odeurs des égouts qui sort des toilettes et s’étend dans toute la maison Quand on à parler à la propriétaire et que nous avons voulu trouver une solution avec elle, elle nous a dit qu’elle pouvais envoyer la femme de ménage pour refaire le ménage qu’elle ne S’attendez pas à notre arrivée c’est pour sa que la maison est sale alors que la réservation avais été faite 2 semaine à l’avance et qu’on devais plus la rappeler pour quelque chose d’autres Imaginez la blague bref ne vous faite surtout pas avoir elle n’a fait aucun Check out elle a juste envoyé la femme de ménage a 9h50 du matin frapper à la porte récupéré les clefs

Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido satisfactoria, pero su comentario no refleja la realidad.
Desde el inicio, la reserva fue problemática. El pago no se completó y, aun así, nos pidió mantenerla durante casi tres semanas en plena temporada alta. Aceptamos el riesgo y reservamos el apartamento sin recibir garantía alguna.
La comunicación fue muy difícil, pero le dimos la bienvenida en persona, mostramos el alojamiento y ustedes mismos agradecieron el lugar, incluso con un abrazo a nuestro personal. Al día siguiente comenzaron las quejas. Aun así, ofrecimos enviar nuevamente al equipo de limpieza, aunque el apartamento ya había sido preparado.
Decir que “no esperábamos su llegada” es falso. Tuvimos que adaptarnos continuamente por la falta de confirmación de su parte. También rechazamos las acusaciones ofensivas e injustificadas hacia nuestro equipo, que siempre actuó con respeto.
Desde la reserva hasta la salida, esta familia fue muy difícil de gestionar. No los recomendamos y no volveríamos a aceptarlos como huéspedes.

Es war wirklich von Anfang bis Ende ein tolles Erlebnis. Waren zu dritt dort und es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Apartment war mehr als modern eingerichtet und extrem groß. Es war für jeden von uns mehr als genug Platz. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Weg nochmal bedanken und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.
